The Law of Attraction teaches that all things, wanted and unwanted, are brought to you by this most powerful law of the universe, the Law of Attraction.

Therefore whatever you concentrate on is what you will attract. You get what you want and what you don’t want, dependent on which you focus on.

The trick is being able to only focus on that which you do want. Yet, as many people discover, this is not always an easy task.

What you physically feel is the only indicator of what you are attracting in your life. If you feel badly and focus on that, it is what you will attract. You have to begin to be aware of what you are feeling and learn to listen to your feelings.

Whenever you feel badly, that is your indicator of something to stop yourself from thinking about.

Some people find it difficult to stop their emotional distress, stating “being poor is my reality. It is what I am living, it’s all I can feel and think about, I can’t get out of this cycle to focus on the good things.”

Sometimes just telling yourself to stop thinking about unpleasant things does not work.

Other times, people who are working very diligently to only focus on what they do want, become dismayed when their mind talk shouts out all the negative reasons why they can’t have what they want. Now what do they do?
