Becoming the ME I want to be

Each day we live the life we ‘think’ we are meant to live. Each day we do the things we ‘think’ we are meant to do. Each day we ‘make the most’ of the life that is handed out to us. Then we wonder why something just doesn’t feel right.

Of course it doesn’t feel right. How can anyone feel comfortable living as a pretend person, when inside they long to find a way to just be themselves without judgment, or fear. Imagine being free to let the real you come out, living in the only way life is meant to be. Free to be me!

It is possible to find the freedom to be me. To look within by using the Greene’s Release Technique to see and remove all the reasoning behind our actions (fears, beliefs, emotional pain, memories), and choose who we wish to be for ourselves. We can claim control and the ability to do and become the person it feels natural to be. We can choose everything, including how we feel, what we think, what we dream of, how we behave, all of it.

BECOME FREE TO BE ME

Are you ready to take a journey to find the person it feels natural to be?

Until now we have used affirmations and positive thinking to attempt to quiet our fears and beliefs that stop us being free to be ourselves, but this takes hard work and often has little impact.

NOW we can use a simple, but revolutionary technique called Greene’s Release to permanently remove ALL of our emotional pain and fear!

No, this isn’t a joke. You can actually be free of every issue that stops you being free to be YOU!

Heal Your Self – A Journey to Find You guides you step by step through the process, but this is how it basically works. Whenever you notice your fears, simply follow the easy-to-learn steps of Greene’s Release, and you will not only understand the initial cause fully, but how it has created your feelings, actions and reactions. You will feel the emotional pain and sadness evaporate into thin air, your breathing will calm, the knots in your stomach dissolve and your body relax. You will experience an epiphany that will fill you with a smile from the inside out, and your energy will be revived.

HEAL YOUR SELF LIFE TOPICS

Heal Your Self – A Journey to Find You begins by showing the reader the necessary tools to go inside to investigate, understand, heal anything that comes up using Greene’s Release, and become who they wish to be. All of the following topics plus more are then covered, step by step, with exercises and clear guidance.

How we feel: Are you feeling happy or sad today, anxious or calm, motivated or passive? Do you know why you are feeling this way? Do you realize you have a choice in how you are feeling?

Our Words: Every single thought and word is a direct reflection of what we believe from deep within us. Think on the implications of that for a moment. Think about your thoughts and words. Think about your jokes, for they are very real. Think about the hurt you feel inside at firstly being viewed, and then treated this way. Over and over. It is so very degrading to us. And we wonder why we hurt?

Experiences: Many people believe experiences are something that happens ‘to’ them, how they have no part other than watch and be swept along in one experience after another, that we have no choice other than to make the most of experiences that come along. What if this isn’t true?

To change or not to change: That is indeed the question. We humans seem to set up lives of discontent, misery and hardship, complain bitterly, but then go onto do absolutely nothing to escape them. As if we don’t believe there is anything we can do, but accept and live with our life situations. Are you ready to change your life?

Our passions: Do we listen and follow our passions? Do we have time for that? Or is our time spent buried in the money making experience, supposedly for necessities of life? Do we think these passions are frivolous and a waste of time?

Our activities: How often are people spending their entire living time working at jobs they dislike, undertaking activities which give no joy, participating in family dramas that make them feel ill, living lives that feel restricted and unhappy?

We can carefully look at each aspect of our lives, make a conscious decision whether this is a situation we wish to continue in, or finish whatever work required and move onto another experience.

Our behavior: How many times do you yell at your spouse or children when in a bad mood? Watch how you behave to your supposed loved ones, is that really the person you wish to be and portray to the world? Is that really how you wish to make your children feel? That your mood is their fault?

Failure & success: What is it to be a failure? What are the key elements that create in us the personal need to judge ourselves so harshly as to have failed? When is it that we take on the belief that we are no good to ourselves, or anyone else in the world? We are failures as people.
