Do you ship to my country?
GreenesRelease.com gladly accepts and ships orders all around the globe.
After clicking on the “add to cart” button, you will see a “ship to box” which shows a list of the available countries.
You do not have to insert your credit card number to view this section!
Is it expensive?
The Greene’s Release commitment to ensure products and services are accessible to everyone, means that we only charge the actual shipping cost.
How much does international shipping cost?
After clicking on the “add to cart” button, and completing the “ship to box”, you will see the exact shipping cost to your country.
You do not have to insert your credit card number to view this section!
The USPS international shipping time is 5 – 14 days, but we find that most workbooks reach their destination in about 5 days.
Will the workbook get damaged?
We have never encountered damaged workbooks as we carefully pack them in bubble wrap, and ship in flat rate envelopes for added safety.
If your letter box is small, you may wish to advise your postman of the expected delivery and request that it either be left at your front door, or held at the post office for collection.
How do I pay for the workbook?

We use PayPal for your ease, security and peace of mind. You do not need to be a member and have a range of card and banking options.
Is it safe to order from Greene’s Release?
We are PayPal Verified for your security and peace of mind.
- Click on the “add to cart” button next to your preferred item.
- Click on the “ship to box” button, then on your country.
- Click on the “proceed to checkout” button.
- If you have a PayPal account log in.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account click the “continue” link on the left side under “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
- Complete your payment information, card, address etc.
Please remember to double check your shipping address!
What happens after I place an order?
- PayPal will send you an receipt.
- You will be redirected to our “Purchase Receipt” page.
- Your order is processed and shipped within 24 hrs.
- We will send you an email with the shipping information, and a link to our “Purchase Receipt” page.
Please remember to add our email address to your address book, so our emails are not automatically transferred to your spam folder!
