Activity: Relate This To Me
From Perception & Free Will – Chapter 22
What have your perceptions made you blind to? Think of the things you want in your life that you currently do not have. For example: being appreciated, cared for, loved, respected, and valued. What if each thing you are painfully aware of, that you don’t have, is prevented, because of your belief that it is impossible to have?
You can’t experience ‘being appreciated’ because you believe you are not appreciated. You can’t experience ‘being cared for’ because you believe that no one can care for you. You can’t experience ‘being loved’ because you believe that no one can love you, or that you are unlovable.
Do you see what I am getting at? Write a list of the things you would like to experience, then one by one make the time to stop, think about each topic, feel your disappointment and hurt, then follow the feeling to the source and do your releasing. Enjoy the special new beliefs you replace the old ones with.
Take your time to find everything you want for yourself and create it by using the Greene’s Release technique to release and change the belief.
Activity: What Do You Think Of Yourself?
From Perception & Free Will – Chapter 22
We all have a list of things we know about us, our faults and flaws, the things we don’t like about ourselves.
Imagine how your life would be if you didn’t have these traits. Well now you can fix some of your flaws, permanently.
If you instantly know some of your faults, write them down to be worked on one at a time. Go into each, feel your sadness at thinking this of yourself, go back and find the incident when you first decided to think this, when it became your belief, and heal it once and for all.
For example: Jenny’s mother constantly told her that she was hopeless. Jenny grew up knowing that she couldn’t do anything right, that there was something wrong with her.
As an adult Jenny constantly questioned herself, worried because she just knew she would do it wrong, and that became the usual result. Life was very difficult. People were always trying to control and push Jenny around because she always acted so helpless.
One day Jenny decided to look into this issue, so she let herself feel the self condemnation and sadness, and then followed the feeling back to when her mother reprimanded her constantly as a child. Not only did Jenny release the belief that she was a failure, but also learned that she did nothing to deserve her mother’s comments, and most importantly she came to the realization that there was nothing wrong with her.
Jenny then began a whole new life where she naturally acted confident and self assured. People responded to this new found confidence by respecting her more and even asked for her advice.
We play the role of each belief we have of us! You can choose what to believe of yourself, therefore how you act and the people around you react!

Activity: Claiming Power
From Difficult Lives – Chapter 25
Do you believe that you have the power to take control of your life and future? This may seem a simple question, but please think long and hard so you can notice what you feel about it. If I told you to take control of your life this minute – that you can make it any dream or wish you like, what would be your reaction? Would you believe it or not? If not, why not? Search out your feelings.
What if you come up with the thought ‘I can’t do it’? What does that mean exactly? That you can’t do what? Live your life, create a good life for yourself, take control, undertake the necessary actions to create this life, what? Then I have a surprise for you. You are already creating everything in your life! The poverty, dis-ease, unhappiness, and failure. All of it! If you are already creating your reality, what is the difference in focusing on a different reality? None! The only difference is changing your thoughts and methods – changing from one who feels apathy and lack of control to one who wants the challenge and excitement of manifesting all their hearts desires.
Why do you feel that you are not capable or strong enough to be worthy of being in control of your own life? It is yours, no one else’s, so why hand over your power to others?
You are already doing and being everything you wished for, everything you planned to ensure specific learning. If you no longer wish to remain in this situation, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! It is completely in your control. Find your issues, feel and listen for the stories, then use the Greene’s Release technique to release and heal so you can claim control of your life!
The Inside World -Us
From The Inside World – Chapter 27
We have cleared many of our painful childhood beliefs and discovered much about how we have allowed the outside world to control how we feel, so now is the time to look within, at what comprises us. Claim our control and ability to do and become whatever we desire.
We do choose everything, including how we feel, what we think, what we dream of, how we behave, all of it.
Think about what you desire, what peace of mind you would like to create while doing this section, Focus your intent. Who is the person you would like to be? What current aspect of you would you like to alter?
Go through your dream life, your creating cards. Feel what is now becoming possible. Feel the new you ready to come forward and be known.
The following chapters will take you through a process of looking at, then creating the you it feels right to be.
