Where Is Greene’s Release Located?
Janet Greene was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia; then traveled through New Zealand, Canada and several states in America during her healing journey. She finally settled in Florida, USA when she met and married her Buddy SoulMate Marc.
The Greene’s Release workbooks and CDs are produced and shipped from America.
Do you ship to my country?
GreenesRelease.com gladly accepts and ships orders all around the globe. Some of the countries we have shipped to include England, Sweden, Canada, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Malaysia, and China.
After clicking on the “add to cart” button, you will see a “ship to box” which shows a list of the available countries.
You do not have to insert your credit card number to view this section!
Is it expensive?
The Greene’s Release commitment to ensure products and services are accessible to everyone, means that we only charge the actual shipping cost.
Actually, the cost to ship our workbooks from America to Queensland, Australia is less than shipping from Melbourne to Queensland, and takes about the same time.
How much does international shipping cost?
After clicking on the “add to cart” button, and completing the “ship to box”, you will see the exact shipping cost to your country.
You do not have to insert your credit card number to view this section!
The USPS international shipping time is 6 – 14 business days, but we find that most workbooks reach their destination in about 5 business days.
Will the workbook get damaged?
We have never encountered damaged workbooks as we carefully pack them in bubble wrap, and ship in flat rate envelopes for added safety.
If your letter box is small, you may wish to advise your postman of the expected delivery and request that it either be left at your front door, or held at the post office for collection.
How do I pay for the workbook?
We use PayPal for your ease, security and peace of mind. You do not need to be a member and have a range of card and banking options.
Is it safe to order from Greene’s Release?
We are PayPal Verified for your security and peace of mind.

- Click on the “ship to box” button, then on your country.
- Click on the “proceed to checkout” button.
- If you have a PayPal account log in.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account click the “continue” link on the left side under “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
- Complete your payment information, card, address etc.

What happens after I place an order?
- PayPal will send you an receipt.
- You will be redirected to our “Purchase Receipt” page.
- Your order is processed and shipped within 24 hrs.
- We will send you an email with the shipping information, and a link to our “Purchase Receipt” page.
